Veildra — Tarot, Horoscope & Saju Readings
By using Veildra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YSajang (Sole Proprietorship), the operator of Veildra. Please read them carefully.
2. Entertainment Disclaimer

All tarot readings, daily horoscopes, Saju analyses, compatibility readings, wealth fortune readings, and any other content (collectively, “Readings”) are provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes.
Readings are generated through computational algorithms and are not produced by licensed professionals, certified psychics, or human fortune tellers. The system interprets symbolism based on computational algorithms, not supernatural ability.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on Readings. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK). Users between 13 and 18 require parental/guardian consent.
4. Account Registration
Limited features are available without an account (anonymous trial). Full access requires Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to support@veildra.com immediately.
5. Description of the Service
· Daily Horoscope — Daily fortune readings by zodiac sign
· Tarot Reading — 3-card spreads (Past, Present, Future) with Major Arcana
· Saju Reading — Korean Four Pillars of Destiny analysis
· Compatibility — Relationship compatibility analysis
· Wealth Fortune — Financial fortune reading
· Card Collection — Collectible tarot cards from readings
· Streak & Lucky Points — Daily engagement rewards
· Referral System — Rewards for inviting users
Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
6. Free and Premium Plans
6.1 Free Plan
Limited daily readings (1 horoscope + 1 tarot per day). Advertisements displayed. Anonymous users: one trial per service.
6.2 Premium Plans
Monthly or yearly subscription. Unlimited readings, ad-free, detailed content, priority support (yearly plan). Pricing displayed on the pricing page and subject to change with notice.
6.3 Single Purchases
Individual premium readings available as one-time purchases. Single use, non-transferable.
7. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC (Merchant of Record). You transact with Lemon Squeezy, not directly with Veildra.
Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax calculation, currency conversion, PCI-DSS compliance, and fraud prevention. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8. Refund Policy
Digital services consumed immediately upon delivery — refunds generally not available for generated readings.
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, effective at end of current billing period. No partial refunds.
Exceptions: Technical failure, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions. Submit requests to support@veildra.com within 14 days.
Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days at its discretion to prevent chargebacks.
9. Account Deletion
Delete via Settings page or email privacy@veildra.com.
30-day grace period (reactivate by logging in) → permanent deletion of all data. Cancel active subscriptions via Lemon Squeezy first. Encrypted backups purged within 90 days.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, characters, illustrations, and code are owned by or licensed to Veildra. You may save, screenshot, and share individual readings for personal, non-commercial use. No bulk extraction or scraping. Shared content includes Veildra branding and entertainment disclaimer.
11. Prohibited Uses
· Using the Service for illegal purposes
· Unauthorized access to accounts or systems
· Bots, scrapers, or automated tools
· Circumventing rate limits, trial system, or fingerprint manipulation
· Sharing or reselling account/credits
· Harmful, abusive, or defamatory content
· Impersonation of any person or entity
· Providing fortune-telling services to others for compensation
· Reverse engineering or decompiling the Service
· Use in jurisdictions where fortune-telling is prohibited without entertainment exception
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veildra from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or decisions based on Readings.
15. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes: good-faith negotiation first, then courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea. EU users may bring proceedings in their local courts per mandatory consumer protection laws.
16. Changes to These Terms
14 days advance notice for material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after effective date = acceptance.
